WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Sperry Australia delivers Australia wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from Sperry Australia, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours as your delivery requires a signature upon arrival. If no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post. At Sperry Australia we currently do NOT accept international orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES?
Sperry Australia standard delivery orders are charged a flat rate of $10. Express delivery orders are charged a fee of $15. However, if your order is over $100 we offer FREE SHIPPING on standard delivery, no matter your location in Australia or how many pairs you decide to purchase.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Sperry Australia offers you SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 12PM, this is purely dependent on stock availability. There are often instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.
All dispatch times exclude weekends, Sperry Australia operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
STANDARD SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES
Sperry Australia aims to deliver your order within 2-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia*. Sperry Australia delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post. Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:
- 1-2 business days - NSW / ACT
- 2-3 business days - VIC / QLD
- 4-5 business days - SA / TAS
- 7-10 business days - WA / NT
*Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service. To track your order log into your account and select 'Track my Order' tab on the left hand side.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We’re not happy until you’re 100% satisfied with the fit of your new shoes. So if they’re anything short of perfect, simply contact our online customer service team.
Sperry has a 30 day Australia-wide free shipping returns policy for all online purchases, provided the returns are unworn, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• You can return your purchase up to 30 days from date of dispatch
• Products must be unworn, in the condition that you received them and in the original box and/or packaging with a return reference number
• Australia-wide return shipping is absolutely free
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND MY PURCHASE?
1. Call our friendly customer service team on: 1300 851 632
2. The customer service team will provide you with a return reference number.
3. Pack up your unworn shoes into their original shoe box or packaging.
4. Place the original shoe box or packaging into another carton or satchel.
5. Place this completed return form inside the parcel.
6. Clearly label the parcel with your return reference number and the following address (within 30 days for your free return):

7. Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office for collection.
8. Once received by Sperry your return or exchange will be processed within 3 working days.
