WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Sperry Australia delivers Australia wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from Sperry Australia, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours. If no one is present to accept your delivery but a safe place to leave it is available, it will be left for you and the tracking will show “Delivered with Safe Drop”. If no safe place is available a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post. At Sperry Australia we currently do NOT accept international orders.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES?

Sperry Australia standard delivery orders are charged a flat rate of $10. Express delivery orders are charged a fee of $15. However, if your order is over $100 we offer FREE SHIPPING on standard delivery, no matter your location in Australia or how many pairs you decide to purchase.


If you have a Shipster account through Australia Post, you will be entitled to free delivery on all orders $25 or over. If you have any issues receiving your free delivery after you entered your registered email, please contact Shipster’s help and support.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Sperry Australia offers you SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 11am, this is purely dependent on stock availability. There are often instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.
All dispatch times exclude weekends, Sperry Australia operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

STANDARD SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

Sperry Australia aims to deliver your order within 2-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia*. Sperry Australia delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post. Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:

  • 1-2 business days - NSW / ACT
  • 2-3 business days - VIC / QLD
  • 4-5 business days - SA / TAS
  • 7-10 business days - WA / NT

*Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service. To track your order log into your account and select 'Track my Order' tab on the left hand side.
