Can I return Sperry shoes that I purchased overseas?

Purchases made online from overseas distributors, outlets or third party websites such as Ebay cannot be exchanged, replaced or returned by Sperry Australia; we advise you to contact the place of purchase for any warranty claims.

We do not accept incorrect sizing exchanges or change-of-mind returns for overseas purchases.

Do Sperry shoes come with a warranty?

At Sperry, we stand behind our products. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully regarding Sperry warranties:

Faulty Goods:

Sperry will accept product returns on sandals (6 months) and shoes (12 months) and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and

  • You can present your register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase

Sperry does not accept returns for problems as a result of regular wear and tear, or for problems caused by improper use.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we offer express delivery via Australia Post (within Australia only).  Note that next day delivery is dependent on the suburb you live in.  To check that your suburb qualifies for next day delivery please visit the Australia Post website and refer to the "Express Post - National Network" section, http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html

If your suburb falls outside the normal network, delivery is not guaranteed in 1-2 working days.

PO Box delivery is not available for express shipping.

Can I purchase styles I have seen overseas?

The styles listed on this site are those that are currently available in Australia.  Generally because of the different season and climates around the world we are unable to supply Sperry styles you may have seen on international websites.

How do I know which size I should be wearing?

All sizes listed on the Sperry Australia website are in US sizes.
